Hooray, It's a Duck Day!  is a whimsical story of how a grandmother helps a child trust God's plan and find His good surprises,  even when life "rains on her picnic."

Emily wakes at Grandmother's house to find that rain has changed their plans for an outdoor picnic.  But Grandmother knows that God makes no mistakes, and He tucks good surprises even into disappointing days.   Grandmother and Emily go on an adventure, looking for God's good surprises, and find that even "duck days" can be delightful.
